Jam drop cookies are, by far, one of my favourite kind of cookies. They are cheap and incredibly easy to make and taste best when served straight out of the oven. I often take these into work and find they disappear fairly quickly. The jams I usually use are apricot, sour cherry and strawberry. This is the O.M.G cheese toast with a twist. An Indian twist. This recipe can be changed to suit all taste buds - add in or leave out any of the ingredients for variety.
